This policy explains what information KG Integrations LLC ("KG Integrations," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
1. This website
Our website is a static informational site. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it:
- Booking a call uses Calendly's embedded scheduler; the details you enter there (name, email, phone, notes) are shared with us and are also subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
- Email or phone contact — if you email or call us, we keep the correspondence.
- Our hosting provider (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) may process standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to serve the site.
2. Product data we process for clients
Our products (including LeaseRails and the Lead Concierge) operate on behalf of the businesses that license them — property management companies and other owner-operated businesses. In that relationship, our client is responsible for the data, and we process it only to run the service they've engaged us for.
- This data typically includes prospect and resident contact details (name, phone, email), inquiry and leasing activity, and the content of automated or team-sent messages.
- The client's own business systems (for example, their property management software) remain the system of record. We retain only the operational data the service needs — such as message logs, scheduling state, and opt-out lists.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data to market to anyone.
3. Text messaging (SMS)
- Messages are sent on behalf of the business you contacted or do business with (for example, replies to your rental inquiry, tour reminders, or lease and renewal notifications).
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of automated texts from that business. Opt-outs are recorded and honored across our systems, including messages sent manually by the business's team.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your activity (for example, an active application generates more messages than a general inquiry).
4. Service providers
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run our services, each processing data only as needed for their function: hosting and serverless infrastructure (Netlify), SMS delivery (telecom messaging providers such as Twilio), e-signature (DocuSign), scheduling (Calendly), and encrypted cloud storage for nightly backups. We do not share personal information with anyone else except as required by law.
5. Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit; backups are encrypted at rest in independent cloud storage. Access is limited to individual, per-user accounts. Operational data is retained while the client relationship is active and deleted or returned on request when it ends — except records we're required to keep (such as SMS opt-out lists, which are retained so the opt-out keeps working). 7. Changes and contact
