Our products and services — including LeaseRails and the Lead Concierge — are provided under separate signed agreements with each client; if anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

2. The website

• Site content is provided for general information about our products and services. It's presented in good faith, but "as is" — we may change offerings, pricing, and content at any time without notice.
• Product statistics and results shown on this site reflect real operating experience in specific deployments; your results will depend on your portfolio, processes, and market.
• You may not scrape, copy at scale, misrepresent, or frame this site's content as your own.

3. Products and services

• Software access is licensed, not sold, on a per-client basis under the applicable agreement, and may be suspended or limited when a license lapses or an agreement ends.
• Clients are responsible for the lawfulness of the data they bring and the messages sent on their behalf — including having appropriate consent to contact their prospects and residents. Our systems honor opt-outs; clients must not attempt to circumvent them.
• Third-party platforms our products connect to (property management software, e-signature, telephony, scheduling) are governed by those platforms' own terms.

4. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: the website is provided without warranties of any kind, and KG Integrations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. For licensed products and services, warranties, service levels, and liability caps are as set out in the applicable client agreement.

5. Trademarks

KG Integrations, LeaseRails, and the Lead Concierge are trade names of KG Integrations LLC. Rent Manager is a registered trademark of London Computer Systems, Inc.; other product names on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. References to third-party platforms describe interoperability and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
